COURT ONE / THE FORGE

Watching a production at The Court is a great way to fundraise - the whole house, 290 seats (or any number of seats from 20 to 290), may be booked at $36.00 per seat for a Standard play and $42.00 per seat for a Summer Musical and sold to patrons at any price desired. The fundraising organisation then keeps the difference. The Court can combine the performance with drinks and a marquee or special catering or any of our other event services.

To arrange a fundraiser booking, contact our Front of House Manager on 963 0872, email bookings@courttheatre.org.nz or fill out and submit the form below. We'll then contact you to confirm availability and discuss your fundraising and group booking needs.

SCARED SCRIPTLESS

We can also arrange a special fundraiser performance of our hugely popular improvised comedy show, Scared Scriptless in The Forge or Court One (subject to availability). There is a miminum purchase of 120 tickets in The Forge or 250 tickets in Court One for $11.25 per ticket (inc GST) for you to sell at whatever price you desired. You would then keep the difference. This price includes tickets, improvisors, venue and all staging requirements. Payment is required on the evening of the fundraiser.

Bonus - When booking a fundraiser for Scared Scriptless in Court One you pay for 250 tickets, and will receive a bonus 40 extra tickets FREE. Whatever tickets you sell over and above the 250 is more profit for your fundraiser!

For example:
If you ran a fundraiser in The Forge and sold 120 tickets for $20 you would make $1,050
If you ran a fundraiser in The Forge and sold 120 tickets for $25 you would make $1,650
If you ran a fundraiser in Court One and sold 250 tickets for $20 you would make $3,650
If you ran a fundraiser in Court One and sold 250 tickets for $25 you would make $4,900
If you ran a fundraiser in Court One and sold 290 tickets for $25 you would make $5,900

Each ticket you receive contains the date, time, venue and name of your fundraiser.
